How to Initiate a Return

Please carefully examine your order upon delivery and promptly get in touch with us if you encounter any defects, damages, or inaccuracies with your parts. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

For returning your parts, you have the option to either visit us in person or make arrangements with your preferred courier service. To ensure a smooth return process, please remember to include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with your return.

Days to Return

Most parts can be returned for full credit up to 30 days from date of supply (subject to exclusions and condition of parts).

Return Processing Time

Returns are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt. Any refund (if applicable) will be made back to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 business days (depending on the payment method).

Exclusions

• Overseas freight costs are non-refundable.
